How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely happy with your wanderfleece.com purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please place a new order on our website and return the original item for a refund.

How to start your return:

Returns are easy to process using our online returns portal. This system allows you to generate your own prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

To process your return:

  1. Visit our returns portal at: wanderfleece.com
  2. Enter your order number and email address to find your order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with your returns label and further instructions on how to send your parcel back to us.

Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, we will issue your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been done. Please allow a few days for the refund to show on your original payment method.

Return Costs:

  • UK Returns: We provide a prepaid returns label for your convenience.
  • International Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international return postage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items to us. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.

Important information:

  • Your item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
  • Returns can take up to 14 days to process from the day we receive them.
  • Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face coverings, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies. Please contact our customer support team via the returns portal (wanderfleece.com) and we will be happy to help you resolve this quickly.
