Delivery Information

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): FREE on all orders over £75. £3.95 for orders under £75.
  • Express Delivery (2-3 Working Days): £5.95.
  • Next Day Delivery (Order Before 2pm, Excluding Weekends): £7.95.

Please note: Next Day delivery is a service aimed at getting your parcel to you the next working day. While we use a premium service for this, it is not guaranteed and may occasionally take an extra day.

European Delivery

  • Standard European Delivery (5-7 Working Days): £9.95.
  • Express European Delivery (3-4 Working Days): £14.95.

Rest of World Delivery

  • International Rest of World (7-14 Working Days): £14.95.

Important Information

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
  • Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during sale periods or other high-demand events.
  • All delivery timescales are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. WanderFleece is not liable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or the carrier.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • If your order appears to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier on your behalf.

What happens if I’m not home?

If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will usually leave a card to advise you of the next steps. This may be that they left your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point. For more specific information, please use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress.
